This web-site is the sister site to www.healingfromtheheart.co.uk which is the business site of my Energy Healing & Counselling Therapy Service.

I have created this informational web site for anyone who desires to discover more about matters of a Spiritual Nature. With such a vast subject to cover, it would be impossible to include all topic's to cover everybody's interests but i hope that what i have included will benefit you in some way.

This site will develop over time and you are welcome to visit when ever you find the time to view the new and updated entries. As well as my own contribution to this website, there is additional information given on these pages from some of the leading Lights of our time who are assisting in humanities consciousness shift, to one of Love and only Love.

I have included introductions to these gifted people and their websites for you to visit and benefit from their experience. To these like minded friends, i personally want to say thank you for allowing me to include them on this web site and for their contribution to our common goal of bringing Heaven to Earth.

My intention is to inform those who are interested, of any information, news, links or developments of a spiritual nature which will promote understanding of the subjects covered here. 

Also it will perhaps help explain the difficulties being experienced by most of us now and the resulting changes in our lives, due to the new energies that are being introduced from the galactic centre, as we and our planet evolve.

You Have a Choice

Everyday you have a choice. Each moment of everyday, you choose how you will respond to your own internal thoughts and feelings.

Will you act out the anger that you are holding from a childhood trauma? Will you bless the person sitting next to you as you recall feelings of love?

Today, be conscious of your reactions to your own thoughts and emotions. Be acutely aware of how you act in response to those feelings. It might surprise you !

Then, breathe deeply, and remember your commitment to living and spreading peace in the world. Choose to act from your Heart-Centre, from that place of deep and abiding love within you.

God is a Feeling.

                               When I was little, I looked for God in the sky. 
                                 My mother told me, "God is everywhere,"
                   so I looked for Him under my bed, in my room and on the bus.
                                    I didn't find Him, not even in church.
                 When I grew into a woman, I searched for God in other religions.
                    And finally, much later, I discovered God - in my own heart.
                  If someone had told me when I was young, "God is a Feeling,"
                                     I would have replied, "Of course."

                               I feel Him comforting me when I am sad.
                                  I feel His laughter when I am happy. 
                                 I feel His protection when I am afraid.
                         I feel His arms wrapped around me when I sleep.

                     Close your eyes for a moment and feel God within you.
              He can be found in the stillness, that sacred space called Home,
              where thoughts and dreams do not abide, and there is only Love.
